Can you use DTF on polyester shirts?
Polyester fabric is a synthetic material, known for its durability and wrinkle resistance.
It’s good in both fashion apparel and sportswear.
Among the various printing techniques for polyester clothing, Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer is one of the easiest and
most flexible methods for decorating polyester and its blends.
However, the DTF on polyester shirt results are dependent on how accurately you set the time and temperature.
If the temperature is too high or the press time too long, it can result in scorching or distortion of the fabric.
If less time and pressure, the glue of the backside of the dtf will not melt enough and stick fastness.
