Durability & Longevity: Screen-printed heat transfer logo bond with the fabric, making them resistant to cracking, peeling,
and fading over time, even after repeated washes because of elastic features. HTV, being a surface layer, is more prone to wear.
Cost-Effectiveness for Large Orders: Screen printing becomes economical for bulk orders due to lower per-unit costs after the initial setup of the screen printing mould .
HTV, requiring individual cutting for each piece and pressing, is less efficient for large quantities.
Softer Texture: Screen printing inks integrate into the fabric, resulting in a smoother, softer feel. HTV leaves a plastic layer on top,
which can be stiff or uncomfortable.
Vibrant Color Options: Screen printing offers bold, opaque colors with options for specialty inks (e.g., metallic, rainbow shinny elements).
